"The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. "
"A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants."
"Loved our charming and spacious Japanese style room with an amazing view of Fuji from the 5th floor!!! We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in! Comfortable beds, nice bathtub in our private bathroom. The onsen facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The city and coach bus stops are very close by.
