Comfortable and quite place suitable for people escape from city. The property contains meals plan with additional cost in reasonable price and most importantly,
Great hotel property is beautiful. Rooms have lots of amenities. Had large tub, onsen, and private sauna. Area for dining in our villa. Staff friendly and helpful.
Truly a fantastic resort! Beautiful property & accommodations. View of Mount Fuji from pool was wonderful. Pool not heated, so very cold & we couldn’t swim. Few staff speak English which we found strange.
If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji.
Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help.

nice glamming but heat need to rearrange it
Service & Tent are nice & clean but the hot water in washroom are either shower or bath tub, it is a bit inconvenience, also the air condition with heat are right upper of your bed, which the heat is blowing to your head so we cannot sleep well at night, if we turn it off which was super cold...
We were in Japan for 2 weeks and this was the highlight of our stay and frankly one of the best “glamping” stays I’ve ever had. We came to see Mt Fuji but unfortunately experienced rain on of the days. We were almost grateful as it gave us an opportunity to hang around the property and use the hot spring/sauna/cold pool. The staff was very accommodating and the extra little perks, such as the free wine and bath salt bar were wonderful touches. The property is very new and clean and cozy, even at night with the bonfire pit and string lights. Perfect way to enjoy nature, but also have some luxury. Would love to come back.
Overall glamping experience was great and staff are friendly and customer oriented. The pool, fireplace, all you can drink wine at the sharing area was excellent.
My 1.5 star review of AWAUMI has EVERYTHING to do with lack of communication and awareness of dietary restrictions. Their ability to communicate in English is limited and I would ask that you PLEASE NOT pay for their meals if you aren’t ready to cook raw meet by yourself without supervision on a grill. The Expedia posting doesn’t say anything about this but there were NO vegan options expect for a salad and everything is served to your raw and you need to prepare breakfast and dinner yourself. Half our group was vegetarians and we were not comfortable using the grill without appropriate grill ware and ended up having to throw away the food. One of our group also was burned in the process of making dinner. The surroundings and property are beautiful but the communication was terrible/nonexistent.
