"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "We loved staying here! Our favorite hotel of our entire trip and we were only there one night! The view of mt Fuji was amazing from the front of the hotel!!! The staff were so helpful too. We were confused by how to access the closest train station, and one of the staff walked all the way outside to show us exactly where to go. He was so so sweet! Also, our room was nice and spacious. Which I feel like is hard to find in Japan! The room was very clean! We were able to get a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing!! The prices felt very reasonable (compared to america haha) The only thing that was hard is it felt kinda hard to find a taxi or uber from here. If you can figure out the route to the nearest train station/bus that will help a ton to get to all the fuji attractions! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"Amazing place to stay I can’t wait to come back. Nothing negative even if I tried to think of it. As soon as I arrived the staff were so accommodating and helpful showing me my room and explaining amenities. I had a supper in my room and they explain everything provided. The included breakfast was delicious. The private room onsen and private baths also incredible. It was so clean. The dress robes and pajamas provided also so lovely. Spacious room. Great view of the lake and view or Mt Fuji from a public balcony. As a solo female travelling I felt very safe here. They also pick you up and drop you off at the bus loop! You won’t regret coming here!"
