"I liked the hotel was very quiet & had great air conditioning. I slept very well. Since these are apartments, they just put the bare minimum in the room so bring lotion & other. They only give you soap, nothing else."

"You could tell from the entrance that the cleaning standards were low. The floor looked dirty. The reception WC was like a public toilet. Mirror cover with water spots, hair, and the toilet had toilet papers on the floor. Entering the room, I was shocked by the level of dust and poor cleaning. Dust everywhere, the mirror had spots, the window fingerprints, the headboard looked filthy, etc. *I have pictures. The room we stayed in on the 4th floor was boiling hot, and we couldn't sleep for four...

"The location is excellent and gives one direct access to the elevated "mall" area. We did not eat there as other nearby options were available. One word,,eclair, baguette. One must hop a cab to get to the important activities in Paris, 35 E. The rooms were not kept clean enough or serviced very well. We think there is a shortage of housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was excellent. There is a hydration room with excellent filtered water and a coffee machine available, although it broke...
