"Booked last minute, on arrival there was an issue with the room which wss immediately dealt with and we were upgraded. Family business and they were very attentive and made us geel very welcome. Looks recently renovated and lovely. Would definitely recommend and definitely return."
"The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The Crosby beach is only a 10 minute walk and the main street of Waterloo is just 5 minutes away with bars and restaurants a plenty. The Royal Hotel is a lovely place to stay with a restaurant on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough space. You have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fan to cool you down on hot days as there is no aircon. Rooms are set on 2 floors but there is no lift...

"I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us."
"Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. "
