Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und für eine Nacht völlig okay. Die Lage ist in einem schönen Wohngebiet. An sich war auch alles sehr sauber, nur das Bettlaken hatte auf einer Seite ein paar leichte Flecken und ich bin im Zimmer in eine Weintraube getreten, die nicht von mir war. Toilette und Dusche im Gemeinschaftsbad sind in einem großen Badezimmer, wenn jemand duscht, kann man also nicht auf Toilette gehen. Das war kein Problem, es ist nur gut das vorher zu wissen,

Lovely, quiet destination for first night after arrival in Frankfurt. Only problem was that parking is not guaranteed, as this is on a residential street and, if you arrive at a bad time, you might have to park some distance from the Villa.

Nice, spacious room by European standards. We paid extra for a private bathroom which was worth it. The problem was, we had noisy people in the adjacent two rooms and using the shared bath next door. Also, in summer heat with the window open (no AC of course) smoke from the courtyard tables drifted into our room as did voices of the smokers/drinkers outside. Barely got any rest before our flight the next morning. Parking is limited but we did OK.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft sauber und sehr schön. Allerdings in der Nacht vom 06 April fand eine Private Party in der Unterkunft bis 03:30 morgen statt und man könnte nicht schlafen. Ich halte das für absolut unprofessionell wenn Gäste Geld zahlen und nicht in Ruhe schlafen können. Wir wurden auch nicht mal vorab informiert. EInfach nicht akzeptabel.

Alles Prima! Wir haben ein Konzert besucht und benötigten "nur" eine Übernachtung. Empfang gut, Frühstück OK, Badezimmer wird mit anderen Gästen geteilt. Für diesen Zweck gerne wieder... ;)

Não é um hotel! É uma hospedaria em uma casa. Não tem nenhum tipo de sinalização nem de identificação. É necessário chamar por horas até que a proprietária atenda e com um notebook na mão ela cobra taxas e adicional de café da manhã. O banheiro é compartilhado e atende 3 quartos. No total eram 4 homens e eu e meu namorado para o mesmo banheiro. Desistimos de ficar lá e tivemos que fechar outro hotel, absurdamente caro, em cima da hora. Entendo que a cobrança antecipada por parte da proprietária é proposital, porque deve ter muita desistência. Pior experiência que já tive com hospedagem. Acho que o hoteis.com deveria averiguar antes de fornecer o serviço. Quando fui fechar a hospedagem não ficou claro que o banheiro é compartilhado.

Günstig aber mit Abstrichen

Hatte ein kleines Zimmer im EG mit Gemeinschaftsbad\Toilette im 1.OG. Im EG hellhörig da großer Eingangsbereich mit Steinfliesen. Frühstück wäre erst ab 8 Uhr möglich gewesen. Die Rechnung sollte ich per Mail zugeschickt bekommen, nach einer Woche und zwei Erinnerungen ist bisher nichts passiert.

I really enjoyed my staying in Villa Orchard. Very nice and quiet place in a small charming town, very close to the Frankfurt Airport. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and welcoming host and polite staff. I would recommend Villa Orchard to my friends :)
