I stayed at Fleming's Selection last year and loved it. I booked a single superior room then and again this visit. The room's photo on Expedia shows the room I had last year so that was the reason why I wanted to return. I booked this room and was given a single room which was far from "superior". It was small with not much room to move. the shower cubicle was also tiny and the glass door didn't close properly so water flowed out onto the bathroom floor. I went to enquire about this ("superior single" room) and the lady I spoke to really didn't care too much about my enquiry. I showed her the photo of the room I had last year and her reponse to that was, "you were lucky". I was also booked for the 3rd week of October which I have now cancelled.

The location is amazing and super central. However you can tell in general that the hotel has a bit worn out over the years. The rooms are generally clean and have everything you would need but we had 2 stains on the carpet and one on the wall. Additionally on the second night, the AC stopped working, which was a bit annoying considering it was the hottest couple of days of the summer. Also, the parking fits only few cars and by the time we arrived it has already been full, so we had to park in the shopping mall nearby. If you want a decent place to just sleep at and that super central, this hotel would fit.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast.was also great. Think about making reservations for dinner early as it filled up fast.

Extremely unprofessional staff I believe she was Asian she didn’t even ask me for my identification such as passport. I asked her if the Internet in the room works I have to work her answer “ it should work “ Only asked my name on my reservation to check me in. I get to the room it’s outdated musty hot and the bed is soft I tried to charge my phone the electrical sockets didn’t work. I called the receptionist from the room she told me to come downstairs for a room change. I come downstairs they provide terrible service - 3 ladies standing behind the counter. Very cold people zero hospitality experience outdated hotel. I took it as a loss and left lost my money for the night the residence inn across the street is awesome I’m happy I didn’t stay there.
