Hervorragendes Hotel in Rodgau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden diese Unterkunft mit Sicherheit wieder buchen. Freundliches Personal (insbesondere beim Frühstück). Auch der Checkin bei unserer zweiten Übernachtung war am Automaten überhaupt kein Problem.

Vertragsbruch vom Hotel aber keine Rückerstattung

Absolute Frechheit. Ich habe abends im Hotel eingecheckt. Habe alle Sachen aufs Zimmer und bin dann nochmal aus dem Hotel zum Essen gehen. Als ich um 10:00 wieder ins Zimmer wollte, ging meine Karte nicht mehr. Ich habe eine Dreiviertel Stunde versucht jemanden zu erreichen, habe angerufen (Mailbox), Habe an allen möglichen Türen geklopft und gerufen (keine Reaktion), habe letztendlich sogar eine Mail geschrieben. Gegen 11 hatte dann die Schnauze voll und habe mir ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Als ich am nächsten Tag zurück kam, und nach einer kompletten Stornierung fragte, hieß es „Wir vom Hotel würden das ja sehr gerne tun, aber das kann nur Hotels.com. Wir können da nichts machen.“ Ich habe dann bei Hotels.com angerufen und meine Lage geschildert. Diese haben mir gesagt, dass sie das Geld nur weiter leiten. Wenn der Hotelbetreiber einverstanden ist und das Geld zurück zahlt, können sie es an mich weiter leiten. Hotels.com hat dem Betreiber geschrieben, und dieser sagte mir rotzfrech „das ist nur Spam, auf sowas reagieren wir garnicht. Es ist schon alles bezahlt, da gibt es nichts zurück.“ Absolute Frechheit! Nie wieder!!! Nicht zu empfehlen! In der Nähe gibt es definitiv bessere Hotels, mit gutem Personal, die im Gegensatz zu diesem Hotel auf Kundenzufriedenheit wert legen!

Topp Hotel mit Topp Frühstück

Topp Hotel . Parkplatz und WLAN kostenlos . Einfaches Einchecken. Tolles Frühstück. Wurde sogar gefragt , ob ich eine Bratwurst oder Frikadelle haben möchte . Absolut ruhige Lage. Jederzeit gerne wieder .
