The rooms are very small no dresser or counter space only 3 single beds and a glass top table next to bed. No mini bar which is why i booked the hotel specifically. it was clean but is well in need of a renovation.

중앙역 가까운게 가장큰 장점 입니다. 횡단보도 하나 건너면 호텔. 시설은 보통이지만 욕실은 나쁘지 않습니다. 커피포트나 이런건 없지만 가격이 착해서 용서되는곳

Good hotel near station

Booked Excelsior but check in was next door at Metropol where I stayed. Decent hotel - quiet room, good sheets & towels. Excellent toiletries. Very close to station.

Wer es billig und einfach mag, der kann hier buchen. Bitte bei dem Preis keine weiteren Ansprüche stellen. Dreckig und hellhörig, Fenster undicht. Wer nur ne Nacht bleibt ist es aber noch ok für wenig Geld.

Whenever I arrive in Frankfurt, I use this hotel, as it is very close to the Frankfurt main station and has everything I need for a brief stay. The rooms have been refurbished, and the amenities are excellent. Minibar is free, coffee and cake in the lobby available, and the breakfast is just excellent. Unfortunately they closed the business center, which was always a convenient working space.

Camere da rinnovare, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. Ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Ottima colazione, dolce e salata. Bevande minibar incluse. La rete Wi-Fi non funziona molto bene, difficoltà ad accedere alla rete ed il segnale è debole. Possibilità di deposito bagagli. Rapporto prezzo-qualità interessante.

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Jedoch bei dem Preis und der kurzen Dauer im Toleranzbereich. Viele Jahre wird das aber nicht mehr klappen. Mehr als eine Nacht bitte nicht. Sehr hellhörig und laut.

저녁때 있었던 프론트 직원이 불친절했어요

프랑크푸르트 도착해서 3시정도에 체크인하고 방에 짐만 두고 여행나가느라 방체크를 못했어요. 이건 제 잘못인걸 인정합니다. 오후 9시-10시 사이 다시 호텔로 돌아와 방에 불을 켜는데 입구에 불이 안켜져서 프론트 이야기 했더니 체크하러 올라오겠다고 하였고 체크결과 고칠 수 없다. 다음날 되야 가능하다라는 답변을 들었습니다. 저는 다음날 체크아웃 이었기 때문에, 하루정도 그냥 지내지 하는 생각이었는데, TV도 안나왔습니다. 부모님이 함께 간 여행이라 스포츠 채널이라도 보시게 하려고 TV를 틀었는데 TV도 안나오니 내려가서 다시 얘기를 했고, 방 체크를 제대로 한 후 방을 준게 맞느냐, 방 입구엔 불도 안들어오는데 오늘 못고친다고 한다. 그런데 TV도 안나온다. 다른방으로 바꿀 수 있는지 물었고 그 직원은 어쩌라는 듯이 이미 너무 늦어 방은 바꿔줄 수 없다고 하였습니다. 다시 TV 체크하러 직원이 와서 TV를 틀어줬는데, 그제서야 프론트 직원이 전화와서 방을 바꿔주겠다고 하더라구요. 이미 기분은 다 상했고, 짐도 풀은 상태라 됐다고 하고 전화를 끊었는데 다음날 확인해보니 냉장고 선을 뽑고 TV를 틀어줬더라구요. 냉장고에 있던 음료 및 넣어뒀던 요플레는 다 식어서 먹기 힘들지경이었습니다. 이전에 남편이랑 왔을때도 숙박했던 곳이라 다시 숙박했는데, 앞으로 다시는 이 호텔을 고르지 않을 것 같습니다. 사실 하루 숙박이었어서 룸 상태가 훌륭하지 않았더라도 직원이 친절하게 미안해 했다면 그래도 좋은 기억을 가졌을텐데, 이전에 기분좋게 숙박했던 기억까지 망쳤습니다.

Die direkte Nähe zum Bahnhof und das Zimmer Richtung Hof hat mir gut gefallen, da das Zimmer dadurch ruhig ist. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Ein tolles Goodie ist die kostenlose Minibar.
