DISGUSTED HOTEL ATTITUDE. DONT RECOMMEND

Arrived at hotel after a full day travelling. Room heating broken. After 2 hrs waiting and requesting and only after demanding to be sorted, as first was told no rooms you just need to sleep in a cold room, they found fan heaters. Did it seller well due to noise of fan heater. Next day was told it would be sorted, or they will change the room. It was not fixed. Request the change to be told. Sorry no rooms free, “was told you have a fan heater” you can stay in the room” at this point I was going mad, Only after making a fuss and 1 hour and demanded for a manger, they found me a room to change, which the heating was working, but no phone as that was not working. After a further 1 hour backing and forward I was so fed up, I need to sleep, I said just leave. Very disappointed. When requested a credit/ refund due to first night of no heating and the lack of sleep, hotel not interested to sort the issue, or refund anything. Worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just disgusted at the attitude and lack of willingness to sort.

フランクフルトへ夜行バスで移動したため、チェックインの日の早朝6時頃にホテルに到着しました。 満室のためアーリーチェックが出来ないとのことでしたが、チェックアウトがあったようで9時頃に部屋に入れてくれました。 それまではフロントのソファーで荷物の整理や身支度をさせてもらい、コーヒーまで頂きました。帰る日もお土産をキャリーに詰め込んでいたら、またコーヒーをいただきました笑 備品が無くなったりはありましたが、フロントに言うと持ってきてくれましたし、部屋も十分な広さでキャリーを広げることもできます。 今回は冬だったので冷蔵庫がなくても大丈夫でしたが、夏に宿泊される方はもしかしたらあった方がいいと思うかもしれません。ちなみに、ボトルで置いていったのは炭酸水でした。 フランクフルト中央駅からは2駅で5分ほど(徒歩でも20分ほどなので歩こうと思えば歩けます。)空港までも乗り換え1回で30分ほどで付きます。 ホテルから徒歩10分ほどのところに大きめのREWEがあるので、駆け込みお土産の調達も可能です。 スタッフの方が親切なので、最後まで気持ちよくホテルを利用することが出来ました。

Von Außen unscheinbar, aber innen modern und sehr sauber. Schöne ruhige Gegend. Am WE kann man auf der Strasse parken - am Sa war es kein Problem. Es gibt Parkplatz für 20Euro und Garage für 25 EUR/Tag. Habe nicht gebraucht. Hilfsbereite Personal. Schön aussende Sauna (habe sie nicht ausprobiert), sehr schöne Ruhezone dort. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber super eng. Es ist eher 2* Zimmergröße als 4*, die Hotel haben soll (mind. auf dem Eingang steht). Zur zweit hat man keine Platz sich zu bewegen. Und es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Es sind paar Kleiderbügel, die über die Kaffeemaschine !!! hängen. Keine Schubladen und nur mickrige Regalchen, ca. 10 cm breit, dazu noch versteckt. Es gab Kaffeekapseln mit Kaffeemaschine, aber sie hat nicht funktioniert (bzw. habe ich nicht geschafft). Zum Glück gab es noch einen Wasserkocher und Tee. Wobei bei Tee denke ich, es wurde nicht aufgefühlt, da es nur grünen und keinen schwarzen, Kräuter- oder Früchtetees gab. Das Bett war bequem. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Schönes Stadthotel

Schönes Stadthotel mit großen Zimmern und stilvoller Einrichtung. Schön ist der Wellnessbereich mit super Blick auf die Skyline. Die Lage ist ruhig und es gibt in der Umgebung ein paar Lokale. Erreichbarkeit vom Hauptbahnhof über die U-Bahn und einen 10-minütigen Fussweg. Wichtig: Die Badezimmer sind in die Zimmer integriert - es soll ja Leute geben, die das nicht mögen. Mich hat es nicht gestört.
