The property itself is well situated and rooms is adequate. Service was rude- check in took a long time, was unfriendly. I told the manager I was t happy with service because there was a rotting cake as a part of my “welcome” (the cake was clearly there for days) The manager was very rude and kept asking what else was wrong with the room, as if rotting food in it was a small issue. To add insult to injury, they just gave me a new cake in my room as an apology

Fashion hotel, take your partner for the weekend!

Great hotel, very hip and fashionista. Sexy if you will. Unfortunately the rooms are under lit even on max, can’t see properly when getting ready.

Hotel is ok, could be better

I don't think this hotel is a 5* hotel and definitely not a family-friendly one. I was just staying on a short trip so it got the job done, but I don't think I would recommend it for a longer stay. The room could have been more comfortable (poor lighting, an unsteady shower, and non-functional A/C). I found the value for money to be quite average. The restaurant was good, although very loud (music blasting until 1:00 am - my room was on the second floor and I could feel the vibrations). Overall ok, but I have seen better.

Lost a loyal customer

I stay here every year for a week in November for work. The average stay is 2,500 euros. This year, I accidentally booked an extra night which was my mistake. I asked if Roomers, as a courtesy, would refund the extra night, and they said no. Over the last 3 years, I've spent over 8,000 euros at this hotel. Refunding 300 euros doesn't seem like a big deal to preserve loyalty, but they don't see it that way. I'll be staying elsewhere next year. Also, they've stopped leaving water in the rooms and I got charged 11 euros when I asked for a bottle. The spa is average, the rooms are very dark, and the immediate area has gotten unsafe (lots of junkies near the train station). You can do better in Frankfurt.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic design along with an eye catching lobby and bar. The cocktail bar is absolutely perfect and the drinks are very carefully made. I don't recommend going with children. We did not observe any families with small children great room service and the availability is beyond what you can ask for. room cleaning also is great and refreshing when u can come back to a clean room. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, although I was traveling internationally, Roomers can be a great romantic weekend especially with the bar/club downstairs. few things that we didn't like: Early check-in was requested due to my 16 hours flight, and it was strictly said it's due to availability. which makes sense, and since they were booked the day before we were pushed to 3 PM regular check-in time. The issue was that even then it took a little longer as our reserved room was still dirty. It's worth mentioning that they did give us the room shortly after. As we were celebrating we did go to the restaurants one of the nights that we stayed there, although, most of the staff there were amazing and welcoming we particularly had an issue with our server. later on we again had an issue with the room service order we made with the same staff member. However, things were resolved quickly after. We very much appreciated the attention that was immediately given. Other than these everything was fantastic and we truly had a magical vacation there.

Check in was really slow. Even though we arrived at 4pm the room still was not ready. Room was very dark and felt kind of beat up. The highlight is the spa. It’s on the top floor, so beautiful and well maintained. The gym is a bit cramped but good equipment. Overall I think this hotel is not great value for the money.

The sauna was wonderful, with great views. Next to river with nice walking trails. Great hotel for solo or couples use but maybe not for small children or families. Very mature settings. I enjoyed my stay, walkable to old town and other places in the city.

Mein Aufenthalt im Roomers Frankfurt war fantastisch! Besonders beeindruckend war der atemberaubende Blick auf die Skyline direkt aus der Badewanne – ein echtes Highlight. Die stilvolle, edle Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels schafft eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Ein weiteres Detail, das mich begeistert hat, ist der sensationelle Duft, der das gesamte Hotel durchzieht und sofort für ein besonderes Wohlfühlgefühl sorgt. Ein perfekter Ort für einen exklusiven Aufenthalt in Frankfurt – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Sehr satanistisch eingerichtet, keine dämmende Fassade. Die Fassade besteht aus beton. Im zimmer gibt es keine Heizung, dafür aber eine Lüftungsanlage, die allerdings NICHT funktioniert und nicht zu bedienen ist. Elektronik erinnert an die 2000er. Zimmertemperatur war ständig auf 19° bei einer Außentemperatur von -3°, die durch die Fassade ins Zimmer eindringt. Wir haben die ganze Nacht gefroren und das Personal konnte uns auch nicht helfen, da sie KEIN wissen über den Regler für die Lüftungsanlage besitzen. Das überteuerte Frühstück kann man sich hier auch wirklich sparen. Spart euer geld und geht damit schön frühstücken, denn hier erwartet euch nur Enttäuschung und pure Abzocke. Billigwaren, aber zuvorkommendes Personal. Ändert aber trotzdem nichts an dem schlechten Geschmack. Was macht euer Koch eigentlich hauptberuflich? Viel zu teuer, für diese schlechte Leistung. Ist nur schnick schnack, aber nichts dahinter. Nicht alles was glänzt, ist Gold. Wir haben uns hier nicht wohl gefühlt.
