The location is excellent, near the train station. The room is very clean. The street and tram noise is constant, but it's fine for a two-night stay.
The receptionist told me to take a different street downtown to avoid those sketchy areas. I enjoyed drinking various non-alcoholic German beers around town.
Walking distance to central train station, staff was super helpful, they filled out bottles with ice (a lot of it 😀 ) whenever asked. Rooms were spacious, with kettle and and mainly AC. There is elevator in the building. Highly recommend!!!
Check in was okay. Nothing was mentioned about amenities, breakfast etc. Room was comfy and clean. Location good for the festhalle. Near main train station too. Street at night not the best.
Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, good value.
Location was good as far as close to an area with shops and restaurants, but to get there we had to walk through a pretty bad part of town. I think next time I would find a different route that felt safer. I'd recommend asking the hotel staff about the best way to get over to the shopping area, or maybe Uber instead of walking. No fault of the hotel, the hotel itself felt very clean and safe, but the area a few blocks away was pretty blatantly an area with overt drug use/selling and girls advertising their services. Nobody bothered us, but probably not an area you would want to walk through with children.
We really enjoy the staff, the room, the amenities, the cleanliness. My only concern was the area. There were homeless people just across the street. It did not feel safe to walk to the hotel to the train station.
Good value for money. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—I would definitely recommend including it in your booking.
The only downside was the neighbourhood. It felt a bit rough, especially in the evening, with quite a few loitering people around. We didn't experience any problems ourselves, but it's something to be aware of.

There is not daily room service unless you request it. The breakfast and kitchen staff’s hospitality were very good. On my last day of check out at 1030 I received a knock on my door telling me check out was at noon. First time I ever got this type of reminder. There are also constantly Sudanese and Somalian men hanging outside the hotel at all hours of the day.
Hotel itself was clean comfortable and great esp for the price just has quite a few homeless nearby if you r walking at night to dinner with young kids
Near train station. Good breakfast. Staff were also good. Would stay there again.

staff and room were good. It is a good hotel if you are looking for a decent room during your stay. But if you are looking for amenities such as restaurant service ( other than an expensive breakfast package) pool or gym in the hotel you will not find it at Premier Inn
Shower stall doors have worn out. Stains and mold are visible on the wall and near the bottom of the shower stall. Location is about 200 meters from the central station but the pavements are built with bricks and stones making luggages, even with wheels difficult to pass through.
The streets are noisy at night with police and ambulance sirens each night during our three-nights stay. The best point about the room is the air conditioning is great particularly Frankfurt was very hot up to 37 degree during our stay.
