The way the room was set up seemed brilliant - making use of the space efficiently; liked the tiny kitchen with everything I could wish for. The TV screen couldn't be viewed from the bed, but that was fine by me. Great firm mattress. Very clean and not as impersonal as some hotel rooms I've experienced. Staff was super friendly. Would like to stay here again.

Perfect little apartment for what we needed. Excellent food choices near by. Right next to a bus stop was a plus. However, one of the night staff members (Karam) offered to make us food one evening after our return from downtown (where we ended up staying late due to demonstrations over the war) instead of making food he poured us a beer then began groping my wife. We immediately left on a bus and stayed away until the shift change. Completely unacceptable and disgusting

A good room, no parking around.

The room was nice, with good air conditioner and a good shower and bed. The hotel doesn't have parking place, so it's not recommended if you come by car. We found a parking place, asked the staff at the reception if we can park there and they said that it's ok, and after a few hours we found a parking ticket on the window. Very disappointing.

Very nice!

The rooms are ample, are very well equipped and staff is really nice 😊 Also, as a tram and a bus stop are just across the street it is so easy to get there from and to the airport or train station even if you have lots of luggage with you. As well as being able to go to the city center and other areas of interest. I highly recommend them 👍

Booked a room for 2 people, only provided pillow & towel for one person. No breakfast included despite the advertisement saying free breakfast. We wouldn’t have booked this if we knew beforehand.

Tive azar no checkin. Apartamento um pouco sujo.

As instalações do apartamento são muito boas - tudo com aspecto de bem conservado. O conforto também é bom. A cozinha do apartamento é muito limitada, principalmente pelo espaço disponível para cozinhar. Não tem estacionamento próprio. Como era final de semana, não tive problemas em estacionar na rua. Tive dois problemas na estadia: 1) O apartamento não estava adequadamente limpo. Tinha muito pó em baixo das camas e pelo chão. 2) O checkin é totalmente autônomo - deve-se colocar um código em uma key-box para então receber a chave do apartamento. Contudo, esse código não me foi fornecido previamente. Para essas situações, exstia um aorientação de procurar o restaurante que fica ao lado. No restaurante, o funcionário não sabia falar inglês e nem sabia o que deveria fazer. Somente resolvia situação após contatar a central do Paragon por telefone.

Habe die Unterkunft vor über einem Jahr gebucht. Queen-Bett. Bei Ankunft nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches gebucht war. Zimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Per Telefon mit einem Herrn gesprochen. Wollte uns ein "kostenloses Upgrade" andrehen, welches daraus bestand, ein Zimmer mit einem kleinerem Bett zu bekommen. Mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen. Nur nach längeren Diskussionen konnten wir als Entschuldigung ein Abendessen für zwei Personen auf Kosten des Hauses erhalten. Wir waren für vier Nächte im Haus. Zimmer wurde leider nicht einmal gereinigt. Nur auf Nachfrage haben wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier bekommen. Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön und auch die Dachterrasse ist super eingerichtet, aber mit Gästereklamationen sollte man anders umgehen. P.S. Die Angestellten des Restaurants waren alle super freundlich und das Essen war mega lecker.

Check-in etwas holprig über das Restaurant, Zimmer und Ausstattung prima, Bett & Stream-TV klasse - lediglich der nächtliche Lärm aus der hauseigenen Küche (im Hinterhof) bis nach 23 Uhr war doch recht störend! Dafür aber ein sehr netter MA beim Auschecken.

Trauriger Service - Gute Zimmer

Bei Ankunft kein Ansprechpartner oder Empfang. Telefonisch mußte der Zugangscode erfragt werden. Zimmer prima.. Morgens kein Frühstück wie Buchung, Kein Personal. Telefonische Auskunft " es tut mir leid" ich war schon x mal in dem Hotel jetzt aber >> Trauriger Service << wir haben nebenan in Café/Bäckerei gefrühstückt - >>> Kooperation/ Hinweis
