Best location, close for shopping Centre, metro and highway , calm and peaceful area. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Miss suleema( the spilling might be wrong) Was a very good, kind and helpful with us.

This is a clean, quiet hotel. Staff at front desk is very helpful and speaks English. There is free parking in the underground parking structure. I enjoyed the trail nearby. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is super helpful. Rooms are clean and small, and beds are comfy Hotel is located behind big box stores such as Globus and I walked there easily. If you want to go to town or anywhere else, you will need a car.

Great service!

I think the parking was free.... :s The service was superb. We didn't book in advance enough to ger to double beds, so we had a bed and a sofa bed. The biggest kid 14y/o, 6'1" and 180lbs found it a little uncomfortable...but whaddya gonna do? My 9 y/o left his stuffed toy there, the staff set it aside for us to claim, so thankful. Thank you so much! The Aylward Family

Good experience. Pool wasn't as impressive as in the photos but room was very nice, clean, fridge in the room and AC was very useful. The staff went out of their way to provide me with an English Black Tea out of hours in the evening so Thank you for that too. Shame we didn't experience breakfast as it was overpriced.

Although not very expensive, you could definitely find a better value. We were at the end of the first floor with the other families, which was loud but acceptable given that we have a baby. The hallway area was not well maintained, nor was the room. Small, inexpensive items that had broken were not replaced, like lamp shade and bedskirt. Somewhat clean, but stains all over the carpets and walls gave the impression of lack of cleanliness. At least the bed was clean and relatively comfortable. Otherwise, everything outdated and not well maintained.

I've spent several days on two occasions there and I have to say... excellent staff, great people. For what it is in terms of facilities they for sure make the best out of it. Front Office to House Keeping, Breakfast Crew to the fabulous Restaurant ( waiters and chefs). amazing. Literally no complaints...will go back there next chance I get. Cheers to everyone working there!

Overpriced for the quality of room

Toilet really needs some deep cleaning, looks like bus station toilet. The plastic curtain for shower also a disaster if you are not small person. Almost 200 euros per night for a room without fridge, coffee machine, etc is just ridiculous. Bed was ok, but most room are 2 single beds together, little space.

Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren nicht mehr im besten Zustand, aber man hatte trotzdem alles was man braucht. Es gab sogar eine Badewanne. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal auch wirklich nett. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Aber der sah zumindest auch sehr gut aus und daneben gab es auch Strandkörbe. Lediglich die Anbindung an die Öffis ist dort nicht so gut. Ohne Auto würde ich das Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen. Der Bus fährt hauptsächlich alle 1-2 Stunden oder es ist ein Anruftaxi. Ansonsten wirklich super.

Het zwembad was prima. De kamers was oké, maar de airconditioning werkte matig, waardoor het erg warm bleef. Ook kraakte het bed heel erg. Het ontbijt was wel ontzettend lekker en uitgebreid!

Meget slidt hotel, og virkelig dårlig rengøring. Der var pletter på sengetøjet, og insekter i sengen. Sengetøjet var fugtigt og klamt pga dårlig ventilation og udluftning, og der lugtede af gammel tobak. Sengebordene var ikke tørret af, der var fedtede ringe efter øl eller sodavand. Der var hår på badeværelset, og ophænget til bruseren var knækket, så man skulle holde bruseren i hånden. Badeforhænget var gult og snasket, det havde nok engang været hvidt. Generelt pletter på gulvtæpperne overalt på hotellet. Morgenmaden var virkelig kedelig, og ikke indbydende. Ikke et hotel vi nogensinde kommer på igen.
