The hotel and staff are both fantastic. I would especially mention the cleanliness of the room and the dedication of the housekerping staff although all the staff were great. Food options are limited but very good. The location is the only issue as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity but the 104 bus will take you to the centre of Offenbach and the stop is right outside the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome. We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Nice hotel, would recommend!

Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only downside was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom (in fairness it seemed to be affecting the area rather than hotel specifically), also single beds were quite small.
