After check in we got a room for one with a single bed, however I have booked one double room with a double bed request. Then we went down to the reception to ask for another room, but the double room we got this time wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests so we had to go and try again. The third room was the right one, and receptionist said it’s not visible from there if the room is already cleaned so apologised for this inconvenience. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was also okay except the shower curtain, as it was white, but mouldy on the bottom.

No thrills spacious room

A perfectly acceptable, no thrills hotel, short walk to restaurants. Staff at the check in very warm and friendly. We used it for a one night family stay on drive through Germany. There was no air-conditioning, one fan was provided, the rooms and corridors were very hot. No kettle or coffee in rooms. Room was spacious and we had 2 double beds for a family of 4, very comfortable.

The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were hanging around outside the entrance smoking and drinking bottles of beer. Underground car park was grim. OK for a one night stopover.

I tried to contact several times by email about shuttle service or transportation but never got a response. Ended up taking the s-Bahn an hour from the airport and had to walk twenty minutes with all my luggage through the streets of the neighborhood. There was no A/C only an oscillating fan. I could not get the shower to work. The lamp didn’t work consistently and the small table kept falling over. The carpet had several dark stains that looked like vomit was cleaned up but never shampooed. The “restaurant” was to open at 6pm so after I showered and napped, I went down expecting to be able to order and substantial meal. The only thing they had was pizza!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Der Fernseher war sehr verpixelt und etwas kaputt. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig, im Bad waren sehr viele Haare auf dem Boden und einfach in die Ecke zusammen gekehrt und dort gelassen. In der Badewanne waren auch viele kurze Haare, von daher haben wir die Badewanne nicht benutzt. Im Zimmer war es etwas staubig, der Boden war nicht sauber und die Bettlaken hatten paar gelben Flecken. Echt sehr schade auch wenn man nicht viel zahlt, sollte es wenigsten Staub und Haare frei sein. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Für den Preis ist es ok aber man sollte nicht viel erwarten.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Lage: ca. 900 m von der B 45....super gut. Um die Ecke ein großer rewe Markt mit super gutem Kaffee morgens. Nachteile: - man braucht ein Auto - kaum Fernsehprogramme
