Are stay at the Hotel West was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Location is excellent with many restaurants and shops and great public transportation within meters of the door. Do not hesitate to book this hotel for your stay in Frankfurt.

Beautiful mini Apartment. Very well located at 3 min Walk from a Subway Station. Many Restaurant around and a Supermarkt at 5 min Walk. Only Stairs available to go up in the Hotel, be aware if you have a lot of luggage and are on the 3rd Floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy and had everything that I needed. Very quiet area with beautiful parks (Palmengarten is spectacular). Lots of young people because of the proximity to the university. Good shopping - a very large grocery "Rewe" just across the street (caution: closed on Sundays) and many bakeries which are open on Sundays for coffee and beautiful pastries. The hotel is "staffed" by one person at a tiny desk in the lobby but basically you don't need anybody to get along. Highly recommended and fairly priced for the location.

I missed a connecting flight in Frankfurt and went on line in a pinch to get a hotel for the night which happened to be the West, what a great decision I made! The staff was friendly and accommodating when I arrived. The hotel is a beautifully renovated building, joining old with new, I wish I could have stayed for a week but caught a flight the next morning! I will for sure return to the West when in Frankfurt. If you like personal service as if you were staying with your favorite Aunt, try the west, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful hotel, with well kept clean rooms and a delicious buffet breakfast! The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect location, literally next to the subway station and taxi stand. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. Very safe and quiet. Highly recommend for business and leisure.

Etwas überlebter Standard. Logis nur bei Vorkasse.

Da es wenige Optionen aufgrund einer Messe in Ffm gab, habe ich erstmalig hier reserviert. Das Hotel ist wohl ein umgebautes, älteres Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, aber auch durchaus schon ein paar Jahre in diesem Zustand. Die Fenster konnte man nicht recht verdunkeln. Der Preis war letztlich zu hoch, wenngleich Messezeit war. Die Summe musste ich vorab überweisen, was doch sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Der Service war freundlich.

Nice place

Cozy hotel with spacious rooms, we had a pleasant stay. I do wish the on site parking were more convenient and bigger in space, we ended up using the parking garage around the corner because the on site spots were too narrow. The location is very convenient, around lots of cafes and restaurants

Excellent hotel, well-located, quiet.

Nice hotel- small but clean and staff were super friendly- The staff allowed us to leave the car behind the hotel which made it much easier. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the pillow- next time I will bring my own!

Klein und fein!

Besser konnte unser Frankfurtaufenthalt nicht beginnen! Trotz vorzeitiger Anreise ein freundlicher und schneller Check-in in ein sehr gepflegtes Doppelzimmer. Informationsmaterial (Karten, Veransaltungshinweise usw.) und kleine Leckereien sowie ein Parkplatz ! erwarteten uns. Nach einem langen Tag in Frankfurt schliefen wir gut und ohne lästige Geräusche (Pokalsieg der Frankfurter Eintracht mit anschl. Feuerwerk und Autocorso). Das Frühstücksbufett, der Frühstückskaffee, der schöne und helle Frühstücksraum aber, vor allem die freundliche Bedienung rundeten diesen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt ab. Vielen Dank!
