The staff, location, and amenities that we expected were all good. The food was just okay. Besides that, the quality of the room was very bad. Not enough hangers for two people on a four day work trip, no air conditioning, a fan to cool down that was incredibly noisy, and a shower where there was no proper place to hang the shower head. We had to keep the window open all night. The room rate we paid was not at all worth the quality of the room. I am sure the hotel raised their standard rates with the Automechanika convention in town.

Camera pulita quotidianamente anche se datata e non troppo grande. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Buona colazione a buffet. Hotel in zona centrale a due passi dalla Zeil e dalla piazza Romerberg.

O quarto é bom e a localização excelente. Em 10 minutos já se chega em quase todos os locais de Frankfurt. Usamos estacionamento externo à propriedade e há várias opções com preços normais para cidade grande. A qualidade do quarto não é maravilhosa mais foi possível descansar. Não utilizei do café da manhã

Excelente hotel, localização perfeita e um delicioso café da manhã. Ekes oferecem água à disposição, com retirada na recepção, só que se o funcionário estiver no celular e alguém for atrapalhar a atenção dele no celular, ele se recusará a te fornecer a água e fará uma cara bem feia pra vc, por estar ali.essa situação ocorreu no período da noite, onde os funcionários são bem grosseiros, diferente do período da manhã. A cama também oferecida no site é queen, mais são duas camas de solteiro juntas, ruim para o conforto.

O hotel é excelente, boa localização e bom café ds manhã, mais infelizmente a equipe do hotel, em especial, o turno da noite é de assustar, o interesse desse colaborador é com.seu celular. Recomendado para a direção do hotel a retirada do informativo de fornecimento de água aos hóspedes, querendo se passar por preocupados na hidratação dos seus hóspedes, se isso é um serviço que não existe no hotel. Agora resta saber se a preguiça e o celular do funcionário era prioridade

Hotel ist alt aber sauber, sehr hellhöring und mit einer Baustelle daneben also ab 7.55 hört man eine Bohrmaschine. Zustand des Hotels ist leider sehr schlecht: Teppich voll mit Flecken, Gardinen auch. Personel ok, in der Nacht nur englischsprachig. Frühstück haben wir nichr gegessen, ich bin nicht sicher ob da ein Frühstück war
