We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great, and we genuinely enjoyed our experience. There was a small cleaning issue, but the staff handled it very well and even upgraded us as a gesture of goodwill, which we really appreciated. The service was great, and overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other travellers!

The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and pleasantly sized. I really like the idea of having two different types of pillows (soft or firm). The breakfast selection is very extensive, and there is something for every guest. I always enjoy staying here.

The receptionist was very nice with helping me. It took a while for my reservation to reach the system, but after I emailed the confirmation I was able to get a room. The hotel itself needs an upgrade from the 70s to something more modern and possibly bigger parking areas. The shower water got hotter a few times on its own while I showered. Got lost getting to the hotel so having arrows and signs to point where you need to go would help with the directions.
