Hotel was average with a fine room. Bathroom being incorporated into the room was weird but since I was solo without the family it was fine. Showing with a kids present would not have worked, nor if I was traveling with friends. Breakfast spread was good, best part of the stay. Zero restaurants in the area and they closed the restaurant after breakfast the entire time I was there. Overall a complete letdown and will not return.

I stayed 4 nights and the room was clean, spacious, nice bathroom. Special thanks for the staff working in the breakfast area for their kindness and understanding for arranging me a lunch box due to ramadan.

Chose hotel as a layover due to ATC problems in UK. Nice quiet business district and okay as a layover. But would need dine in options for dinner if staying longer as my disabled husband cannot walk distances. Room design and cleanliness excellent. Free cookies on check in delicious..... please provide English breakfast teabags :)

Breakfast and parking too exoensive

It was a comfortable stay. We didn’t realise it was in a business district and as it was a bank holiday it was pretty dead around. Ate in the hotel along with one other guest! Friendly service. Breakfast excellent but 27€ per person was extremely expensive as was parking in an uncovered car park for over 20€. We could hear planes in the evening and early morning but nevertheless slept well.

I had a very good stay, and there is nothing to complain except the very noisy lift. My room was not directly adjacent to the lift however, I could hear it everythime when it was in operation. But thank you for your hospitality, I enjoyed it.

I did not like the shower besides my bed and the fact that it was clear . It was an eye sore. One of the house men was rude . When it was time for me to check out of my room . It was 10:45 check out was at 11:00 and he rudely said to me yelling well what time are you leaving. Very uncomfortable. I will never book here again. The best part of the hotel was the fitness area. I rather be in the gym then go look at that eye sore shower in the space where I have to sleep and eat.

I will never go back

My brother was forced to sleep in with me and my partner because the room he'd booked and paid for was sold to someone else. It was a disaster that could have been flagged when I tried to check in for him earlier in the day. But instead it was picked up near midnight when he arrived. The check in agent Ishmael was fantastic, but didn't have a hope of finding a solution as his manager provided him with no help over the phone. Terrible experience. The hotel was clean and easily accessible by train, 15 minutes from the city centre. Glass walls divide the room from the bathroom which obviously didnt work for us. Please thank Ishmael for being a silver lining amongst terrible greed by the hotel's sales team.
