A newly renovated family-owned hotel. The rooms are far more bigger than the usual/standard hotels, and everything, from furniture to bathroom, has been completely renewed. My room was super clean and spacious, had spotless bed sheets and a comfy double bed. OK, the hotel is not at the most elegant part of Frankfurt, but still safe even at 4 a.m. with lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, and never had any issues with street noise. In literally 2 minutes, you will be at Konstablerwache/Zeil, which is the heart of the city. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly and professional and trying his best to answer your questions and to accommodate you well. A solid recommendation for people, who do not expect highly luxurious hotels but a clean and comfortable stay at the city with reasonable price.

Schönes, einfaches Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und in gutem, renoviertem Zustand mit leichten zu behebenden mängeln. Um Überraschungen vorzubeugen sollte sich die direkte Umgebung im vorraus auf Maps angeschaut werden.

C'est un petit hôtel charmant où l'on nous a remis une clé d'entrée, la réception fermant le soir. Il y a un ascenseur, et l'établissement est situé dans un quartier chaud de Francfort, à proximité de sex-shops et plus, de nombreux bars et restaurants, et d'un supermarché, ainsi que des magasins du centre ville. Malgré cela, c'est un endroit calme. Le personnel est charmant, la chambre est spacieuse, très propre, moderne, avec un lit confortable. Le seul problème était la chaleur ; un ventilateur était fourni, mais insuffisant dans la canicule. Je reviendrais avec plaisir dans une autre époque de l'année.

Infelizmente tive problemas na chegada, quando a dona avisou somente NO DIA da hospedagem que a recepção NÃO ERA 24 HORAS e que se eu chegasse após às 22hrs deveria avisar, como estou em viagem pela Europa, obviamente que não via mensagem no dia da hospedagem, que foi quando foi enviada. Meu trem atrasou e chegou em Frankfurt às 2hrs. A dona do hotel foi extremamente ríspida no outro dia! O funcionário Victor merece 5 estrelas pelo excelente atendimento e receptividade.
