I did not like the fact that there was no human available. Some of us are older travelers and do not have European service on our phones. It was located very close to Alstadt and the main station. We had internet at my daughters to book the room but after that no way to contact you. Provide humans on site.

The room was modern, clean and well equipped. Handy for local attractions and the station. Rooms blackout blind was missing and the cooling system did not cope with the warm weather. Could also be a but more generous with the coffee pods. However, for me the room did what I needed.

The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected. Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment.

Clean apartment with bright bedroom

Very clean room with nice couch, kitchenette and table. Great location. Smooth check in if you are good with tech. No in person reception. There were no blackout curtains in the bedroom and lots of city lights outside. So a fairly bright sleeping area. I texted about getting blackout curtains but never received a reply.

The digital check in process does not let you check in until exactly 3 pm. The room is assigned automatically, but it does not mean it is ready for you. If you arrived earlier, there is no place to leave your suitcases until you get access to the room. When we finally get into the room, it was not cleaned after previous tenants. It was Saturday and the office was closed and we don’t know what to do and who to call. The cleaning ladies come somewhat 20 minutes after 3 and it took then another hour to clean. A lot of wasted time for us as we were very tired and had a jet lag because of flying from North America. But other than that the apartment was nice and clean as discribed.

Almost perfect!

This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... They should provide customers with a code to get through the door. Our phones couldn't make calls. We got lucky that someone already staying there was coming back and let us in. Second, our room was SO hot (when it wasn't hot outside!) and the AC in our room didn't work. We asked them to fix it but they said they would send someone and didn't. Unfortunately, the building is right next to the tram line and many bars so it was always too noisy to leave the windows open at night. Third, the location is very noisy. Bring ear plugs. And fourth, the airline lost our stroller and had it dropped off the next day, but because there is no front desk and no way for anyone to get past the first door without a code/key, the delivery guy couldn't get a hold of us. We're lucky he waited for an hour until we happened to come out!

What a cute little apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was luxurious. Close to the train station and a short walk to the Altstadt and Städel. The staff was amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

When I turned on the air conditioning because of the hot and humid weather, dust flew out ! Not good for allergies : I had to remove the tops and clean the system… Also, the freezer was frosted !

I don't recommend this hotel. When you arrive there is nobody. You somehow try to figure out how to get inside this apartment building. The room is hot. The air conditioner is set to 30 degrees celsius. It is not adjustable, because the dial is glued and it doesn't budge. When I left the place next day, I found the automatic reception machine had been vandalized and turned upside down.

Apartment is average, but the A/C was barely working. The neighborhood is shady and the security at the hotel is non-existing. Would not recommend this to families, but only to young people looking for a cheap place to stay

Moved to another hotel mid stay

We struggled here during a few days of warm June weather. The choice was between listening to the trams (which run outside the front window) or the apartment being too warm.to sleep in. Temperature controls inadequate. One of the blinds was missing and others all of poor quality not keeping light out.

Disappointing stay

This apartment may not be suitable for Asians as there is no air-conditioning and it is rather hot in summer.Also. the apartmemt is in front of a tram stop, it is noisy throughout the night and I didn't have a good sleep.The area has many restaurants and this makes the place noisy and dirty. With the windows open, I could hear people talking downstairs in midnight and I didnt have a quiet place to take a good rest. It is also difficult to contact staff for assistance as they will not give you a prompt reply until the next day. What a disappointing stay.

完全に無人対応です。土日はEメールの対応すら “絶対に” してくれません。メールをさしたらそのように自動返信が来ました。月曜になれば当たり前ですが大丈夫です。 チェックインしてから現地の税金の支払い請求がQRコードで送られて来ました。この支払い方法も難しい人はいると思います。 私の日本のクレジットカードは２枚ともエラーとなり焦りました。 日本のカードでも対応出来る会社もあるかも知れませんが、DCカードと、かなり国際派のSMBCプレスティア(ゴールド会員)でさえ無理でした。 アメリカの銀行発行の(クレジットではなく)デビットカードで支払えたのでホッとしましたが。 場所はトラムの駅がすぐでフランクフルト中央駅も近く、また設備も問題無くとても便利でここでの宿泊の満足度はかなり高いです。 ただ先ほどの経験を踏まえ、旅慣れていない方にはこちらではなく有人ホテルの方が良いかも知れません。

Olor a humedad y encierro en los pasillos y en la habitacion. Los fines de semana no hay atemcion y no pude dejar las malestas hasta mi hora de vuelo. Eso me parecio muy malo. Llame al telefono de soporte publicado y nadie me atemdio.

Room & overall condition

Einige Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind beschädigt, wie z. B. Vorhangseile und Luftauslasssysteme, aber der Gesamtzustand ist gut. Es wird etwas Lärm aus den Unterkünften im Untergeschoss geben. Die öffentliche Sicherheit in der Umgebung ist gut.
