Although, the property is going through a renovation or rather a "glow up" the service was still excellent 👏 Everything was explained and in writing. The breakfast staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Greeted patrons at the door and he went above and beyond to help everyone. I've stayed there in the past and will continue to be a customer.

Hotel is being renovated but that didn't adversly affect us. Swimming area and sauna was nice and relaxing but a few more longest would be good. Room was spacious with all amenities and a nice balcony.

Lisa at the front desk was the best. My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 7 AM because we came from the US overnight, and although we tried to sleep on the plane we couldn’t, and needed to kill time until house keeping had readied the room. She graciously took our luggage in and prioritized our room being ready sooner than the agreed upon 3 PM check-in. The spot was clean, prices fair, and the breakfast was excellent.

Real rating of 3.5 Luckily they are renovating the hotel which was not mentioned until after we booked. Wish they started sooner or we had gotten a remodeled room Air didn’t work so luckily we were able to keep windows open Carpet was in desperate need of replacing Some moldy spots in shower Other than that it was a great location and spacious apartment
