"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

"The room was adorable. The only thing I found inconvenient was I had to sit outside until check in time as there is no desk. Then you ring in and get your keys. Travelling alone it’s nice if you can leave your bag if you’re early. I was treated well."

"My single room on second floor was clean, comfortable and quiet....perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel is well situated, just a 10 minute walk to the train station or a nip around the corner to the Nairn Museum. Breakfast was sufficient...partly self serve, partly hot; but staff was a little scarce so no second cup of coffee was to be found. No gluten free bread, but several GF cereals and plenty of other choices. If I am back that way again, I would rebook but stay for longer."
