"My partner and I remarked that the woman at the front desk was the first unfriendly person we had met in the highlands. When we got to the room, it was un-vacuumed and there were grease smears on all surfaces and the headboard. Each of the cups in coffee corner were dirty with lip marks/greasy fingerprints."

"Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it"

The room was charming, well decorated, and had amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Tea, water and a couple snacks were also provided in the room. "We had a lovely view of the river from the spacious family room. It was the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. We also did the whiskey/brewery tour which was nice to have it so close to our stay. We hadn't been able to fit in a whiskey tour elsewhere. Many restaurants were walkable. Great location."
