"The check-in process was great, there was a person at reception when we arrived. The room was clean and working apart from the window was broken and took a bit of effort to shut properly. The largest downside was a loud humming noise resonating through the room throughout the day, as if coming from an industrial laundry facility somewhere underground. "Hotel was very clean, I was in a single room so was fairly small, but adequate and very clean, bed was very comfortable. All staff very friendly, great service and great breakfast. My second stay here and would definitely return. "

"Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "

"Traveling with kids can be complicated, but this stay was absolutely excellent. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and check in/out was a breeze. There’s no lift, so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. "
