"We had a wonderful one-night stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The lobby and common areas have an elegant yet inviting atmosphere, and our suite was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the city. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Dhali, whose kindness and hospitality stood out. He greeted us with such warmth and even anticipated our family’s needs by bringing extra blankets for our children sleeping on the pull-out sofa before we had to ask. Those thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. The restaurant connected to the hotel was another highlight. It was beautiful, convenient, and a great place to relax without having to leave the property. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping within easy walking distance. We were in town for the Giants game and enjoyed the approximately 30-minute walk to Oracle Park, which gave us the chance to take in the city. Excellent service, a beautiful and clean hotel, and an outstanding location made this an easy five-star stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco."

"A lovely break and great views. Has the potential to be a 5 atar review but rip off prices for car parking for guests, high costs if restaurant food/drink and variable customer service mean its a 4. Lady who checked us in was amazing, lady who checked us out not. Staff who seated us in restaurant on day 1 2 and 3 great day 4 not. Manager snapped at staff in shop about talking when on shift which wasnt nice. Shop staff great but prices high. 2nd stay and would stay again."

"I love this hotel. It is old but they have done a great job of updating and renovating & embracing the old and new. I love that i got to take a bath in a deep tube after a long daybof walking. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The location is great! Would definitely recommend and go back!"
