"Old, unique hotel with a lot of stairs and a small, slow elevator. Our room was huge, but the laminate floor near the bathroom gave when we waled on it, felt like we might fall through. Location is great, between Santa Maria and the Duomo. Very easy to navigate from."

"The room was clean but dated, the mattress was very hard. The staff was ok, and breakast was ok not great. It was very loud. Whoever was staying above us made enough noise to not be able to sleep. Will never stay there again."
