We enjoyed our stay here; it's out of the main tourist center of Florence in the Oltrarno, and it's within a half-mile of the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, and all the tourist sites are within walking distance (25 minutes). There's no front desk here, but instructions were good enough to get into the hotel and our rooms (still, you have to be comfortable with that). A good value for Florence overall.

Absolutely gorgeous place with equally wonderful staff. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I’ll be sure to book a longer visit!

Comfortable stay. The only thing is that this is NOT a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is not provided so this can be a little misleading but other than that it was very easy to get around and our stay was comfortable and cozy.

This was such a charming boutique!! The room was spacious, the balcony was large and beautiful, and the little community area was so neat! They have a coffee machine that you can use at any time of day. It was located right next to several bus stops to get wherever you need to go but also a short walk to great spots.

This is not a B&B, no breakfast and no reception. Feels more like an airbnb. The room had a nice terrace which was a plus, but bathroom was rusty. Be mindful it’s like 20-25min walking from the center, it’s not a crazy distance but after walking the city and all the hills, you’re going to wish to have stayed closer. There is a bus stop in front, but every time the wait was 20min, so we always decided to walk. Best part was having a cafe downstairs.

The accommodation itself is excellent and very clean. However, there is no breakfast provided, and no complimentary water or snacks, which was disappointing. The location is somewhat awkward, and parking is difficult, as it is far from the property. Communication with host was good, I was confused at the beginning thinking it was a Scam, but once we figure things out it went smooth.

This is a room in a beautiful building, ~ 15 minute walking distance from city center, right next to Boboli Gardens. It was an easy self-check-in. There was online assistance to answer any questions. Biggest downsides for us was no parking near the apartment, and no staff onsite, so we were unable to leave luggage there before check in/ after check out.
