Property was clean and staff was helpful. There is construction going on and they start daily by 8:00 am. Normally that wouldn't bother us but we like to sleep in on vacation.

Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Street outside was a bit loud at night, and may be a problem for light sleepers. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was great and the breakfast had choices however the bed was terrible The matress was rock hard and for 3 nights, thats uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jackhammer

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had the family suite that was on the ground floor. First off the ac wasn’t working well that I had to go buy a fan from down the street to make the room at least enough for us to feel cool in the room. Willam and the men that work the reception was amazing. Unfortunately the women staff had major attitude and when I asked for an extra towel the lady in the front said “no” after I asked to speak to the manager she quickly changed her mind and gave me one. Not to mention when I checked out they wanted to charge me 10 euros for giving me a towel to use. The location is great. Breakfast is ok. Room was too hot. Not worth the place with the amount they charge for a room.

A gem in the busy city of Florence. Lovely, clean room and spacious for Europe. Wonderful breakfast included and maybe 10 minute walk from the train station. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, super clean and new But too small

I stayed 2 nights to visit the city walking. Location great, hotel everything looks new. Pay parking around the corner. Only downside was that room was too small.
