A perfect hotel! It’s in a good central position yet nice and quiet. My room had a lovely view, was very clean and the bed was comfy. Best of all were the friendly and very helpful staff. As a woman travelling alone this hotel was such a good choice and I will return again.

We had an enjoyable stay. The building shows its age in some places but our room was clean, breakfast was lovely. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient to the Ponte Vecchio and not far from other sites such as the Uffizi Gallery. Thank you Hotel Alessandra.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to everything. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was very good. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi in our room sometimes disconnected.

Great location. Staff was super helpful. The place felt very homey and welcoming. The room was good, clean, a bit on the small side, but not too bad. Two flight of stairs before making it to the elevator, so be prepared for that.

Perfect stay. The location was excellent and the staff were great. Know that you will have to go up quite some stairs to reach the very small elevator that can take you to the hotel lobby. Honestly it was worth it and the staff were so sweet.

Such a beautiful, historic, and wonderful hotel. One of our favourites in the whole trip. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, thanks so much for the smiles you gave us. The location itself is wonderfully situated within the city. The staff also recommended a great restaurant, which we were finally able to enjoy on our final evening. Go for the wild boar (Pappardelle with wild boar / Pappardelle al cinghiale ).

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Alessandra on our honeymoon. The staff were amazing and even recommended a great restaurant for dinner that was phenomenal. The hotel is unique and charming in itself and I appreciated how clean and well kept it was. I definitely recommend staying here. The location is amazing and walking distance to everything.

This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed in. You are steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. The staff are the best. The hotel is spotless and the water pressure is fantastic. I highly recommend this property.
