Clean comfortable room, very quiet. Didn’t use the balcony as very over looked. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was great, a really good variety of options on office. Service was inconsistent amongst staff. Great hotel location for all the sights, you can walk everywhere. Close to tram stop for 20min journey to airport terminal.

Super close to the train station which was nice for when we left and getting around. A little bit of a walk to the main areas, but great overall. A Turkish spot down the street had the best wings I’ve ever had!

Alessandro at front desk went above and beyond to help make my stay fantastic and give me additional info on restaurants and area. Hotel is located near central train station but without the noise! I am very grateful I found this hotel and had such helpful staff to make my stay extra wonderful.

Very close to train station. The room looks ancient but clean. Staff is very helpful. I need to leave early next morning (before 7am) and they are very kind to give me a bag with breakfast to go. Thanks a lot!

Great location, close to the train station. Wakable distance to the city, 10 minutes! The only problem was the sheets were with hair and blood stains, I did not see them until the end. That messed with the appreciation that I had about the great hotel and great service. Delicious breakfast, people really nice.

The staff was very friendly. The room had no resemblance to the pictures shown on the website. On the website it said that they have a/c, which they have, but failed to mention that it works only a few months of the year and when we stayed there was no a/c and it was hot. The bathroom was good.

O pessoal da recepção foi extremamente atencioso e ainda nos deu um upgrade de brinde no quarto, que era enorme e maravilhoso. Chuveiro e cama maravilhosos. O café da manhã é ótimo, não tem tantas opções assim, mas tudo que tem é de muito boa qualidade e gostoso. O hotel é muito charmoso e fica localizado numa rua bem próxima à estação Maria Novella, onde pode se pegar o trem para Roma. O Duomo fica próximo e dá para ir andando (algo entre 10 e 15 minutos). Caso precise usar transporte público, também tem pontos bem próximos. A cidade de Florença é incrível, com comida maravilhosa. Se eu voltasse, com certeza ficaria no mesmo hotel.
