We stayed here for 5 nights and originally had requested specific dates but due to our flights being moved, we requested to move the dates and they were very accommodating. We are so grateful for the host and their hospitality. We truly felt like family and are so happy we chose to stay here. Not in the center but very easily accessible and within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was divine!! Thank you guys so much. We loved our stay and if we return to Florence, we will ensure to return. Until we meet again :).

There is so much to like about this place. First thing is the rooms are so charming with the fresco’s. The rooms are also shockingly large. With tall ceilings. I was not prepared for that. The terrace is so nice I wish we spent some more time in it but that was because Florence has so much to offer. Breakfast was traditional Italian which was very delicious. Fresh espresso was served every morning. The biggest praise I want to give is to the host; he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the history of the city as well as locations to visit and eat at. My only issue was with the taxi’s getting lost just keep to the right of the round about I want to tell them. The tram is 2 blocks away and is very convenient so I recommend to use that to save some money.

We made a false reservation via expedia. It was around 10:00 pm and the B&B closes at 07:00 pm (last check-in time is at 07:00 pm). So it was a false and invalid reservation. We tried to reach them, we went to them at that night but no one was there. We tried to send a message via expedia and their answer was: sorry we close at 07:00 pm. We asked expedia to immediately cancel the reservation because it was a false reservation but Dimora refused to cancel and to refund our money. We tried to visit them many times during their working hours to solve the problem but no one was there! They were unethical in dealing with that problem. Their one and only concern was to keep the money. We do not recommend booking with Dimora.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this B&B, Marco was amazing and we really enjoyed talking with him every morning at breakfast! Easy to find and check in, easy to get around to the heart of the city center, and every morning we had a delicious breakfast! The room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We both felt so comfortable during our stay and wanted to be here longer we enjoyed it so much! Highly recommend this B&B, Marco will make your stay wonderful!

Todo iba bien, sin embargo no tienen una buena organización para la atención al cliente, odié lo tarde que sirven el desayuno. Nunca tienen personal disponible, más que en una ventana diminuta de tiempo. Inicia con una buena atención, pero el encargado del desayuno fue muy grosero al solicitar el check out. Cobran impuesto local sin ser un hotel. Estaba muy entusiasmado de quedarme en ese hotel, pero debo decir que me desilusionó bastante.
