"We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab. He organised all our transport out: zayarats, Mecca to Medinah, Medinah to Mecca and then to Jedda airport. Abu Tayab even...

"Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal."

"Turned out to be an excellent choice for a 5* near the haram. A lot of the service level was generally 5* standard. Dinner was very good (half board). House cleaning and room service were excellent. The dedicated lifts to the Haram make this a fairly fast choice for getting downstairs for prayer. Breakfast was just okay and there were not very many hotel facilities. Concierge was good."
