The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available. The gentleman at the restaurant check‑in desk greeted us warmly with a constant smile, while the chef stood by the buffet, attentively ensuring the food was plentiful and that guests were satisfied—always accompanied by his charming Egyptian smile. The omelette chef deserves special praise as well: he prepared each dish with care and a cheerful attitude, adding a personal touch that made breakfast feel even more enjoyable.
