"Fantástico y nuevo"

"Good restaurant and bar, very friendly and helpful staff. My only dislike is that I forgot to book a non- smoking room. The air in the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I am very sensitive because I do not smoke. Liked the shuttle to the Metro Universitat. Did not like that there are no businesses at all around it so one depends on purchasing water and everything in the hotel. Must take Uber / taxi a lot because it is uphill. Do not recommend for old people"

"Perfetto"

"Excellent beautiful hotel. Was only disappointed that the pool was shut - seasonal. And the spa with the indoor pool had limited hours (12-8pm) with a rather expensive charge of €25 per hour. Surely as hotel guests we should have more access to the spa pool."

"Over all great experiences and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again"

"There were very accommodating and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable"

"Excellent location, nice and clean hotel and extremely helpful staff"

"Marc was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was nice. We were staying overnight before a cruise."

"Beatiful hotel and great service"

"Es un buen hotel en donde siento que se usa mucho por gente que parte en los cruceros al día siguiente o de regreso."

"It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff made it that more exceptional! Thank you for the hospitality and care. I will always book with you."
