"This was genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property was super top notch and very clean. the staff were some of the most polite and friendly people I’ve met in Bangkok. It was my birthday and they left me a surprise in my room. They accommodated us with getting transportation around Bangkok, storing our luggage when needed & there were so many great amenities at this hotel and I see myself going back to grand nikko again whenever I’m back in Bangkok. 100/10 amazing !"
