"Always love love love staying at the Zed Hotel, this trip was my daughter and her kids. Love exploring the retro decor in the room and in the property, including trying to master the Yo-yo and hard to tear them away from the pool and fun water slide. The staff are so accommodating and the property clean and well cared for. We were ungraded to the “cottage” as the the room we booked was not available - fabulous!!!

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."
"First, when I was checking in, they upgraded me to a better room- what a lovely surprise! The room was very nice, and the view was nice too. They made sure we understood how to access the parking area, and showed us some areas in Victoria that I was interested in on the map. If I had one small issue, it was that their pillows are very big and dense- not something I am used to- I likely should've asked if they had softer ones available. Everything else was FABULOUS!"
"What we liked most about this property was that it was perfect for sharing with another couple, with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. The location was great—close to everything we needed—and the unit was well equipped. It took us a little while to figure out the dryer since it wasn’t heating up, but we managed fine. Parking and check-in/out were easy."
"The Oswego is a really inviting and well maintained building that gives a "home away from home" feel. We love the windows, natural light and quality kitchens that allow for full living. The location makes our stay fully walkable and enjoyable.
