"The stay experience was greater than expected. Nice, friendly and polite staff, welcome snack, the room and bath all at amazingly clean level. Quiet street around neighbourhood even though this hotel located at central downtown Victoria area. Walkable distance to some dining options nearby. Morning included breakfast with table service was beyond fabulous which surpassed some similar brunch provided restaurants. Limited parking behind building and narrow same entry/exit driveway. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."
"Very nice, beautiful rooms! We were on the 3rd floor on the road-side of the building and while it was clear there were vehicles out there, there were large trees and they hung lovely baskets full flowering plants hanging outside the railing. We had to really look to see the cars. Will stay here again before we take the Coho to Port Angeles."

"Very nicely appointed room. It was perfect for me. I had to work during my stay and absolutely no issues with internet. There is not much to fo within walking distance, but I had a car and parking was free. I would 💯 stay again!"

"We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful it was like stepping back in time. Staff are amazing can’t do enough for you. Your stay here includes breakfast we are vegetarian and also do not eat eggs this was accommodated for with no issues. We were also leaving before breakfast time on our final day so they arranged for a to go breakfast for us which was so nice of them. I had also left my coat in the room on check out and they kindly arranged for this to be posted to family in Toronto...
