"Bed comfortable. Clean, tidy, check-in prompt, amazing customer service. Liked the breakfast fruit and granola. Only stayed overnight, so missed out on using the amenities. Will be back!"
"Very nice, beautiful rooms! We were on the 3rd floor on the road-side of the building and while it was clear there were vehicles out there, there were large trees and they hung lovely baskets full flowering plants hanging outside the railing. We had to really look to see the cars. Will stay here again before we take the Coho to Port Angeles."
"Beautiful setting and views. Fine dining or pub food and room service. The room was large with a fireplace and balcony with table and chairs, huge TV. Separate tub and shower. Floor to ceiling windows with dark see-through shades. Quiet and peaceful. Literally a block to the Mill Bay ferry. Very nice. Will stay again."
"I would give a 5 star when it comes to friendly staff and good service, excellent parking with under ground, spacious parking lot. a Big shout out to the Manager- Christopher/Chris for excellent costumer service. "Very nicely appointed room. It was perfect for me. I had to work during my stay and absolutely no issues with internet. There is not much to fo within walking distance, but I had a car and parking was free. I would 💯 stay again!"
"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."
"The stay experience was greater than expected. Nice, friendly and polite staff, welcome snack, the room and bath all at amazingly clean level. Quiet street around neighbourhood even though this hotel located at central downtown Victoria area. Walkable distance to some dining options nearby. Morning included breakfast with table service was beyond fabulous which surpassed some similar brunch provided restaurants. Limited parking behind building and narrow same entry/exit driveway. Overall...

"Bear Mountain is a great resort to stay at. Staff are friendly. The rooms are nice.
Just wish there was shopping in the area. Had to drive 30 minutes to downtown where everything is at. Shopping, bar and great food areas. "
"OMG this place is the REAL DEAL! You have to stay here when you come to Victoria!! The place is super clean, great food offered in the morning, close to dining options and a gas station. The dog motif was top notch as was all of the staff. Upon checking in, the gentleman at counter explained the pub connected to the restaurant and how part was family friendly! We were given adjoining rooms per our request. Rooms were so clean and bright, great bathrooms and wonderful beds! "
