"Alejandro was fantastic; however the Manager, Francisco, was less helpful and was difficult to communicate with. He was dismissive when we tried to discuss the broken safe and the noise from the room next door. The hotel room was of a high standard but the soundproofing was very poor, as we could hear the family talking in the next room and we were woken very early with the children crying at 6am most mornings. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel’s location was superb and within a 2 minute ask from the cathedral and the square."

"This hotel was EVERYTHING. The room was clean and comfortable. The air circulation system is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Took a shower and the water vapor was gone in minutes. Didn't even need to air out the room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They allow cats to stay in your room which is SUPER RARE in Valencia. The amenities were amazing too. Rooftop bar was top notch. Rooftop pool was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city. The gym was spotless and has everything you need for a great workout. The hotel is also very well located. Close to everything! The only thing criticism I have is I wish we stayed longer :P. 1000/10. Definitely recommend"

"On arrival, we were given our check in card but weren’t given any information (e.g breakfast/ dinner/ gym). The rooms aren’t soundproofed i could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is near a supermarket and a lovely park which were fun to explore, but compared to other hotels I visited it felt a bit tired. "

"Staff was great! Location was great. As for the hotel, only one elevator was working causing long delays if you didn't want to haul your luggage for many floors. The AC in our room never worked so the temperature was 24+c/75+f. Flooring was loose, moved and slid when stepped on so we had to be care when walking around. Breakfast was good and they had nice underground parking both for a fee. "
