Excellent location in the centre of the old town and walking distance to all the main historical sites. The staff were friendly and provided amazing customer service throughout our entire stay! Our room was the perfect size for our family of 3, and very modern, and wowed us! Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast.

We loved this modern comfortable hotel. The parking costs 20 dollars per night which we found expensive considering we were guests there and the WIFI in the room wouldn't work at all, but otherwise we absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were very modern and comfortable and the location and breakfast were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great central location

Instructions for check in were texted prior to arrival and was very clear. Reception friendly and room was spotless. Kitchen closed early most nights despite advertising being open to 11pm. It was ok since it’s a very central spot and other places nearby were still open.

Great hotel in the heart of the Plaza de Mercado in Valencia. It really doesn't get much better than this for location! Very quick walk to the Central Market, Silk Exchange and dozens of great restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Good location!

Hotel in a good location just opposite the central market and lots of dining options outside…. Did lack the basic toiletries though… also those with mid size SUVs and up might hv trouble getting into the carpark lift… pls check with hotel prior to driving there

The staff are friendly and helpful, beds and pillows comfy, beach was accessible by bus (very clean, cheap transportation), Uber worked everywhere but less complicated to take a cab from airport. Also it's great that the Uber app includes taxis as a choice. Our room did not face the street and was exceptionally quiet. Spa and massage were good.

The hotel is really lovely, rooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable, staff completely lovely. The area around is perfection. Our only complaint is that we had a family emergency where we had to fly back home to Canada unexpectedly and the hotel manager refused to issue a refund, which we thought under the circumstances was cheap. But aside from the management, it is a wonderful hotel, brilliantly located.

Amazing downtown location. Staff was most helpful. Highly reccommend. Word of caution, parking is very small spaces and difficult. Best not to have a vehicle. Google maps also wants to direct you into no driving zones.

What can i say… i fell in love with Valencia. The hotel was in a perfect location, loved the fact that you are less then a minute walking distance from the Central Market. We booked a comfort regular room with no view (balcony), and i am glad we did. The room was super specious and super quiet. The room also comes with a kitchen equipped with supplies which we put to great use. Additionally location was amazing, very centrally located. Book this hotel, you will absolutely love it. If I return, without hesitation I will book again.

amazing staff and great location

The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems.

The location is very good. The room was advertised with a balcony and 2 beds and sofa. We had 3 single beds in a row with no sofa, small window, faulty air conditioning so had to call reception throughout the night to turn on. The spa was very poor, the majority of the spa jets didn’t work! We were on the top floor, but the noise from the other rooms is just like their in your own room.
