"Our stay at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely incredible for our family. We honestly never even felt the need to leave the property because there was so much to enjoy, and everything was done so well. The food was outstanding across the board, and that’s coming from a family deeply rooted in hospitality, with a Chef for a father, so our standards are high. Every meal was solid. We did splurge for the Blind Butcher, the experience was amazing, the food was good, but not spectacular. But overall ambience, incredible I'll remember forever. The entertainment was top notch and truly catered to kids of all ages. There was always something fun happening, and the energy throughout the resort was fantastic. The water park was a huge highlight for our family, so much fun, while also being incredibly easy and convenient to access. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The balconies felt more like private terraces, and every view seemed stunning. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff and service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. My only small criticism would be that the beach area could use a little more assistance with moving umbrellas or offering beach toys for families. Other than that, this resort was a solid 10/10 and we highly recommend it. We will absolutely be back. Pro tip: the sun is extremely strong, so pack sun shirts for everyone, even the Italian dad who normally tans perfectly without burning."

"Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update."

"The listing is misleading, you have to drive to the beach and in order to get there you have to either rent a golf cart for your entire stay or rent a car. We rented a car because we wanted to get around to supermarkets shopping etc. there was no direction or suggestions for what to do there we had to figure it out ourselves ( not a problem but if you are selling yourself as a vacation you should at least have some suggestions). The communication was awful they offered our first gallon of drinking water but there was none. Don’t flush your toilet paper and be prepared to pay for the electricity you use depending on how many rooms you need. All of these little things add up and if you are not prepared it will take you aback. Also they said I didn’t complete check in despite my reaching out multiple times on the first day ( per their instructions, and them giving a temporary code to the unit) and they didn’t get back to me with the link to do so hence we were locked out for a whole night and had to sleep in our car until we got ahold of someone ( finally) . All in all the unit is pretty but not a practical place to stay for a worry free vacation. Do an all inclusive instead "
