"The hotel was first class and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. My brother and I stayed here whilst visiting our family graves from world war one and it is a great base for visiting the sites. "

"Very friendly and helpful lady member of staff, hotel was great for an overnight rest whilst travelling down to Italy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel has secure parking and all at a very reasonable price."

"We checked in at 0030 so reception was closed which was expected. The message from the hotel gave me a code to use to gain entry. At the hotel I was faced with a check in computer asking for my name and reservation number . After 20 minutes I could not find a reservation number it would accept We used the intercom to speak to someone and got the reservation number. Using this we ‘eventually ‘ got the door to open after about 5 attempts. The code sent by the hotel was infact the reservation number . A simple change in language could have assisted here . Without my message to the hotel prior to travelling this code would not have been sent or available - so despite not knowing this code was the reservation number - how are you supposed to find that out if you don’t know you need it till 0030 when you are tired and trying to check in. It was a poor check in process which even asked for around 2€ in payment and if we wanted breakfast etc . Can you imagine at 0030 if I want this - we just wanted to get to bed not be questioned A very poor system "
