We stayed in the loft. It was ok. No aircon as far as we could tell, however it was quite cool on a very hot day (35+ deg c). Restaurant and breakfast is too expensive. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so not great for if you want to go do stuff in town. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Super hotel to pop into on the way home -stayed here before . Really clean well appointed hotel -staff helpful . Room was great -the perfect stop off after a long day driving
Dinner was good as well - thank you
This place is a hidden gem
What a wonderful hotel to stay at after a long drive
All the facilities were good ... the room was fantastic
The dinner was just what we needed - good value for money - We could not fault it
A genuine surprise and great place to stay
We will be back
Nice place, great restaurant and food/drink. A bit out on its own, didn't seem to be much around at least within walking distance, although we were only using it as stopover, which was perfect for us, so didn't have time to really research. One slightly strange thing was the entrance ( I presume the main one) is straight off a busy sliproad, and we missed it, but saw the hotel, and couldn't work out how to get back into it as dual carriageway. Satnav not much use here, so in the end guessed and drove around in a loop through a village and found a 2nd entrance around the back which was fine in the end!
Spacious and clean, very comfortable, but very cold, there is no thermostat in the room, and the heat appears to turn off at night, making it freezing enough to need coats on indoors in the morning. Noted some trash from previous guests inside cabinets that was missed, the plates/cups cleaned and put away by previous guests were still dirty, clearly not checked.

This was a lovely hotel - clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated with helpful and friendly staff. It's not far from Arras or Lens (both worth visiting) and is in a quiet location. The room was good, large bed and fantastic shower.
I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact I had 3 very uncomfortable nights sleep. For some reason, the hotel have put a plastic-coated sheet on top of the mattress topper and directly underneath the bedsheet. I'm a warm sleeper and this just made me sweat so that the sheet ended up damp - and cold in the morning. The last time I slept on a plastic-coated sheet was in hospital so I've no idea why they'd put on on the bed. It was horrible - and sadly spoil my trip. Such as shame for what was, otherwise, a nice long weekend escape to see the Christmas Markets.
One of the reasons I booked this hotel on my travels is because the weather had been mild and it advertised having air conditioning. This was wildly misleading. The panel was mostly disabled, you could not change the temperature, it was locked at 24C. The room was far too hot. The bed was otherwise comfortable and the shower was good, the food in the restaurant was fine - but I just didn’t find it comfortable or overly appealing.

I don't understand why hotels put people in rooms that are substandard when people book through other platforms. This one is a example, the hotel wasn't busy yet we were placed in a really crummy room (they will say it was fully booked, it wasn't). The bed was absolutely awful, possibly the worst I have ever had, except maybe for a bed in Tilburg where my secretary had booked a brothel. The bed had a plastic cover underneath the sheets. The staff were disinterested and surely apart from the waitress in the restaurant who was the only saving grace.
