"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "We were really happy with our stay given the price we paid. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Amenities great with pool, sauna, gym etc for extra £10. Good pub and pool tables. With a bit of a clean and decorate this place could be amazing. The ballroom was very glam and I loved the old leather sofas everywhere. Alton towers 20 minutes away."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Telford Ramada, we didn't use the pool, the lift was out of order throughout our 3 day stay which would have been a major problem for disabled, older or infirm people. We managed ok using stairs to the second floor. We weren't booked in for breakfast or evening meal. The hotel position was ideal for our stay and we found it clean with helpful staff."

"After travelling for over 10 hours in temperatures of 32°C, the beautiful cool rooms were brilliant. The reception staff were welcoming, polite and professional. The restaurant meals were reasonably priced with a good selection. Food arrived after around 20 minutes and it was piping hot. Again restaurant service was great. Great sleep with no noise heard in my room. Breakfast next morning was good. We have stopped here before and will do again in the future. Fully recommended."
