"Enjoyed the contactless check-in/check-out process, made it very easy to make changes. The room I booked did not appear to be the one I received, but the check-in instructions indicated that that was a possibility. Room was extremely neat and tidy. Great location in East Village. At least 4 restaurants that I noticed on thw same block. Earplugs were provided for street noise, but I didn't need them. Overall a great stay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. "

"Honestly, you can't do better than this hotel in NYC. It's a beautiful vibe with super friendly staff, tons of services and events and the right kind of neighborhood. And the F train is a 1/2 block away that will take you anywhere you want.
Also shout out to Angelo the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
I will only stay here from now on :) "

"This was a comfortable stay on a relatively quiet street. We appreciated the fresh coffee, bakery bagels and muffins every morning in a spacious sitting area. Subway line 1 right across the street takes you to shows, and West Village and East Village are both an easy walk from here. The room was clean and spacious and the service was friendly. Not too fancy but just right!"
