"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"The location of this property is excellent for seeing the Old Town sights. The kitchen is minimal, could use a few more cooking items; but in this location it is exceptional to have a kitchenette at all! The housekeeper does an excellent job, and was very helpful."

"The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. "ピレー門からすぐの好立地で、旧市街散策の拠点として最適です。疲れたら戻って休憩し、また出かけるという使い方が快適にできました。フェリー利用の方はバス停も近くて便利です。 　エレベーターはないため、眺望重視なら上階、足腰に自信のない方は低層階がおすすめです。3階の部屋からは要塞が目の前に望め、室内も清潔で広く快適でした。 　チェックインはスタッフ常駐ではありませんが、早い段階から丁寧な連絡をいただき、バス遅延の際も気にかけてくださるなど対応は万全でした。アパートまで若干の階段はありますが、旧市街の急勾配と比べれば全く問題ありません。 旧市街散策を楽しみたい方に自信を持っておすすめできる宿です。"
