"The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again."

There are several flights of stairs in the apartment building to carry luggage up, but no outdoor steps. So it’s really not bad! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik!"

"The location was unbeatable. It’s located in a rare quiet alley, but only few steps away from the main streets. There was almost no steps to the hotel which was very good. We loved it conveient, quiet and with laundry room! The room was spacious as well. Very satisfied. "The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance."
