"The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. I had NO reply from either email. I then called and a lady answered and I asked if a late check in was possible and she said it would be fine.. But when arriving the place was deserted, the doors were open and the lights were on, someone was clearly in the middle of making their dinner with loud music...

"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. "This chateau is not a special place apart for the garden. The rooms are big but not very nice, so is the bathroom. There is no shower, only hand shower. The amenities are very poor. "Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised there wasn't bunk beds in the room they happily changed our room for us. We also opted for late check out on our last day which I thought was excellent value for money at only 10 euros per hour. This meant the children could still take advantage of the play area and swimming pools and we had our room as a base before our evening flight. I wouldn't hesitate to give our stay 5 stars. Thank you Dream Castle. "
